RB Management has served South Jersey associations since 1986. We manage condominiums, homeowner associations, townhomes, and a commercial office park from our Mount Laurel office.
Under New Ownership
RB Management was acquired by new ownership in 2025. The founding team has built nearly four decades of trust managing communities across Burlington and Camden counties since 1986. The next chapter brings updated technology and a refreshed service model to that foundation.
Same Mount Laurel office. Same local team. New systems for online payments, autopay, homeowner portals, and board reporting. The kind of tooling residents now expect from any service they pay for.

What We Manage
10+ communities across South Jersey. 650+ members served. Condominium associations, homeowner associations, townhome communities, and a commercial office park.
Properties range from small condominiums to larger HOAs with reserve funds in the millions, plus an office park with its own cadence. The work is the same in spirit: care for the shared spaces, manage the money, support the board, and stay out of the way when members just want their dues paid and the lights on.
Local Presence Matters
Property management is hyperlocal work. When a vendor needs to be on site, when a board needs a face-to-face meeting, when a resident has a concern that requires walking the property, you don’t want a manager headquartered three states away.
Our office is at 1200 S Church Street, Suite 2, in Mount Laurel. Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Same address since 1986.

What We Don’t Do
We don’t practice law. We don’t sell insurance. We don’t do home repairs ourselves. When those things are needed we coordinate with professionals who specialize in them.
We don’t take on properties we can’t serve well. If your community needs something outside our wheelhouse, we’ll say so and refer you to someone who can.
